NSU Looking for a Win in ESEA Week 3 Tonight
ESEA - As expected ESEA-Invite once again throws many twists and turns as the season progresses through Week 3.
Sway Gaming will receive a forfeit win tonight as coL’s old roster spot is inactive for the rest of the season with their recent acquisition of X30.
Closing matches and locking down the win for your teams is what makes the difference between a mediocre team and a top caliber one. Dynasty has played like they have been Invite for several years, hanging right in there with the big dogs. However, when it comes down to the wire, the plays we see out of them all match disappear and they let the match slip away. They need to fix this and quickly as they are more than capable of being above 500. North Stars United again dug a deep hole early in the season so let’s see if this match can be the turning point for their season as both teams have not jumped out guns blazing as planned.
The feature match tonight has the one and only Evil Genius matched up again Arctic Thugz (MOB). EG rolling all of those in their path will stomp these thugz badly as train has been proven to be one of EG’s strongest maps partially due to fRoD usually goes off with his awp. Train with its quick rotates will test both teams teamwork and communication. MOB has lost complete respect from me as they made excuses for their poor start this season. Their roster does have a lot of raw talent so if they can have a strong ct side this could be closer than many may predict.
Not proving up to expectations, Area 51 doesn’t have to worry as I have seen mehLer on de_train in the 16-0 wamping by WinOut, where he self handingly dominated Team x3o. Expect nothing out of the guy as his team will hope to ride this momentum through his outstanding control of the outer site. LuckyTed will compliment him very well scoping out middle and ladder train with his awp outside. Not sure about Ruins yet, as they played like they belonged in Invite in their first match almost upsetting EG but have not played on that level since then. Sitting at 1-3 on the season they have to find themselves bringing their ‘A’ game to every match if they have ambitions of going anywhere in this league.
