CompLexity Adds x3o

DALLAS, TX - On the heels of a weekend filled with endless speculation, the CompLexity Syndacite released their new Counter-Strike 1.6 roster - formally x3o - Monday evening. Chief Development Officer Alex "JaX" Conroy made the announcement during a live CTN (CompLexiTV Network) broadcast.

"The new CompLexity lineup will freature dboorN, hero, savior, ninespot, and dRew," he revealed to the eagerly awaiting CompLexity heads.

All those familiar with the Counter-Strike 1.6 community know this roster as the former X3O gaming. A squad revered by most as the best team in the country. Coming off of a convincing win at the WCG USA qualifers, which included a lopsided 16-3 decision over Evil Geniuses minus lurrpis, their play of late has lived up to that bill.

"The thing that makes them work is their chemistry together. They are very dedicated to each other, and they do everything that is necessary to win," Conroy exclaimed.

Rumors had been piling up, prior to this evening linking the iDemise roster to the Syndicate. Some fans even crossed their fingers that the old CompLexity team, currently playing for the EG organization, would be reformed.

However, none of them came to fruition.

"This lineup just beat EG 16-3 on LAN. So it was pretty clear. It's a pretty straight forward decision when the best team in the country wants to play for you," Conroy said.

With the United States taking a lot of criticism in regards to international play, the new faces of CompLexity will provide up and coming talent that still have hunger for the game.

It remains unknown whether coL will take the x3o or coL record in ESEA. Details about that will follow.

Could this be what the US needs in order to make a splash on the world's biggest stage? We will just have to wait and see.

New CompLexity Lineup:

Andrew “Irukandji“ Timmerman
Ryan “NineSpot” Bell
Jeff “Hero” Mettetal
David “saviOr” Park
Derek “dboorN” Boorn
