Insider eSports has once again opened its doors to invite new people to join our staff. We are looking for people who can bring diligence and professionalism to the organization.

Past Insider eSports members have moved on to many different positions in companies like GotFrag, CompLexity, Pandemic, Rakaka, and others.

For now, every position offered is an internship position only. This means that we will help cover costs of travel to events, but cannot pay you a monthly salary as of this time.  Positions will be paid as Insider eSports grows and our budget increases.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements before applying:

- At least 16 years old
- Contribute at least 15 hours per week
- Self-motivated and use of good judgment
- Loyal and dedicated
- Honest and mature
- Able to take direction
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Task-oriented
- Field experience (that of applied position) [preferred]
- Previous customer service experience [preferred]

(OPEN) Shoutcaster (Play-by-Play):  A key feature of InsiderEsports is its ability to provide entertainment through shoutcasting which is an engaging team made up of well-known community voices and other various analysts who can provide in-depth analysis alongside live action. Shoutcasters should have incredible knowledge of the competitive scene as well as an ability to report action in a compelling fashion.  The ability to work in a team is vital along with being able to accept constructive critisizm from both public viewers and experienced shoutcasters.

(OPEN) Commentator (Color Commentary): A commentator is the key individual in a shoutcasting event. Commentators are those responsible for giving good judgment and strong feedback on the moves made by teams during live matches and play-by-play actions. Unlike a shoutcaster, they pay more attention to the strategies and calls made by both teams and reassess the situation to the viewers during a 15-20 second window at the end of each round.

(OPEN) Video Broadcaster: InsiderEsports promotes its live matches with maximum exposure, the least of which is through live streams on broadcast websites. InsiderEsports is seeking broadcasters for CS:S, TF2, CS and COD4 matches. Interested broadcasters MUST have the appropriate hardware, including a strong duo core processor or higher and a strong internet connection (upload speed) to push a high-quality stream. Broadcasters will work directly alongside the InsiderEsports shoutcasting team and must have an incredible understanding of their specific game. The ability to control GAME.TV (HLTV, Source TV, CODTV, etc.), following the appropriate action while keeping in mind what the InsiderEsports audience is watching, is key.

(OPEN) News Writer: As we expand, we are looking for more news writers.  These staff members will handle changes around the national and international scene, as well as matches and other things.  These writers must be able to dedicate time to Insider eSports, as news can come quickly and our team must be on top of everything.

(OPEN) Column Writer: Our column writers are the best writers we have.  They write everything listed before, when asked, but are writers who are looking to move ahead quickly in Insider eSports.  They must be able to write daily, and must have good ideas for their column.  Column writers must have three years of experience or more in their game.

 (OPEN) Video Editor: Aside from our regular media coverage, InsiderEsports has another method of entertainment which is through video and you tube, which contains frag movies and other video editing projects - but specifically match recaps along with shoutcasting voice files. InsiderEsports has an immediate need for proven video editors experienced in CS:S, CS, TF2 and other competitive eSports titles. Interested editors must complete a 'test clip' to assess the ability to follow clip-specific guidelines, apply specialized InsiderEsports configs and graphics, and turn around work in a timely fashion. Video Editors must have experience in 3D editing along with Sony Vegas.

 (OPEN) Graphics Designer: Our graphics designers produce the graphics on the website.  They are expected to be on daily in case of graphic requests.  They should have strong knowledge in GIMP or Photoshop, and be able to produce unique content in both basic and 3D design.

(OPEN) Publicity/Recruitment Team: Our publicity and recruitment team help expand Insider eSports' reach, and help with the recruitment process for new staff members.  These people should help draw users to our website, and help find places that Insider eSports can broadcast our name and company.
