mTw over MYM in EM Continental Finals: Europe

ESL-WORLD.NET - mTw continues their dominance with a win over Meet Your Makers in the Extreme Masters Continental Finals: Europe.

mTw took MYM down today in a dominating performance on de_train, including a perfect 15-0 half.  MYM won the pistol round and the following two eco rounds, but it was way too little, too late.  The game ended a dominating 16-3.

mTw has been dominating the competition thus far.  They dominated their group, largely considered the better of the two, in a perfect 5-0 sweep.  They are ensured a spot in the Global Finals, but still are in the hunt for the 25,000 prize and considered the favorite still left in the tournament.

SK-Gaming and AndThenSome have both been eliminated, but are ensured a spot in the Global Finals.  N!Faculty and Crack Clan, formally known as GamePlay, will be facing off for the final Global Finals spot.

Fnatic and Team Alternate are also ensured spots.

The Extreme Masters Global Finals will take place from March 6th to March 8th.  The American teams, EG.usa, Gravitas Gaming, and x3o, have already left or are in the process of leaving for the event.  WeMade FOX, the only Asian team in since wNv had to withdraw due to VISA issues, has likely left as well. MiBR, the only South American team, has also left.

The participants for the group finals are:

Made in Brazil

X3O

Gravitas Gaming

WeMade Fox

Team ALTERNATE

mTw

Team EG

fnatic

XLBet.AndThenSome

SK-Gaming

MeetYourMakers

The final team will be either the German N!Faculty or the Finlandish Crack! Clan.
