Frag Dominant, x3o in CEVO Week 7-1

CEVO.COM - CEVO action continues tonight on de_russka with Frag Dominant taking on Team x3o, Gravitas facing off against EG.ca, Team Pandemic playing iDemise, and GG No Re playing Team 34.

Note: x3o, Gravitas, and EG.usa are currently in Hannover, Germany, for the Extreme Masters Global Finals.  Their matches will likely be delayed due to this.

The current first place team, x3o, will face off against Frag Dominant tonight for Week 7.1 in CEVO Professional.  Frag Dominant has been holding their own thus far and are currently ranked fourth in the standings directly behind the EG.usa team, who has off tonight due to eMg's inactivity.

Team x3o lost their latest match up to EG.usa.

Gravitas Gaming, currently ranked second, will square off against EG.ca, who have had a very up and down season thus far. Securing a spot in the playoffs is certainly possible, but they need a strong finish to beat Team Pandemic, formally MoB Gaming.  Team Pandemic is playing iDemise, currently ranked fifth in the standings.

GG No Re and Team 34 will finish off tonight's matches, but neither has much of a shot to make the playoffs.  Team 34 has a chance, but it will certainly be tough as they have Gravitas and Frag Dominant in their way, as well as Team Pandemic and EG.ca.

The map tonight is de_russka, one which many of these teams do not see action on consistently.  However, the map is certainly well known and as the playoffs draw closer, teams will be practicing hard to make sure they are prepared each and every night.

Insider eSports will keep watch on the matches and update scores as we can.
