Insider eSports Releases Forums

Our new forums are up and running, you can view them by clicking on the "Forums" tab in the navigation menu or by clicking the link on the bottom of the page.

We have been very busy trying to maintain our work level both on the front page and in the coding.  We know we are about ten days late on our forums; it was slated for January 7.  Unfortunately, things change, work schedules get in the way and, ultimately, changes are needed.

Regardless, you will find yourself in a brand-new system with multiple features, such as the ability to do multiple quotes, and easy-to-use poster's mechanisms available.  We will be adding more features to our forums as well, such as the ability to change the order of the topics which show up in each forum section.  By this, we mean that you will be able to see posts that you want to see.  The most popular topics of the past few days, for instance, will be shown if you click on the link to change the order to that specification, and again, this will be incorporated into our remembrance system, which is still being worked on.

Also, we have yet to add the "View All Topics” feature.  This is because, put bluntly, there are no threads!  That will come with the addition of the order-changing functions.  We will update this announcement when those are completed, which is a top priority over the next few days.

Finally, while we hate to say "Sorry for the wait", we feel we are obligated to do so in this case.  Our previous coder left, so staff member Philip Wise took over the job exactly four days ago, and started programming right away!  He received little to nothing in forum code, and we are thankful for his dedicated work.

Thank you very much for your support.  It will not be forgotten.
