Moddii out of MYM

After a great half a year with MYM, moddii has left the organization.

MYM, a team which has made a major splash in the last half the 2009 year, has lost one of its newest stars Andreas “moddii” Fridh.

Fridh is best known for his dominating play at both DreamHack Winter where they took home first place, as well as IEM Dubai, where the team placed second. However, he may have been released because of the teams poor placing at Arbalet Cup Europe and World Esports Masters. The team also cites unprofessional conduct as a reason for the release.

“Well he was a great player, but we couldn't play with him,” stated Faruk 'pita' Pita on their site. “He is very talented but has a bad temper so sometimes when we were loosing he just wined and made us weaker as a team."

The feeling was also shared by team captain Jimmy 'Jumpy' Berndtsson, as he stated that he was "sorry that it came to this because moddii is a great talent, maybe one of the best aimers out there at the moment, but this is a team game and it wont work with a person that whines and lower the team spirit. I wish moddii best of luck in the future and thank him for his time with us."

MYM will use a Danish ringer, Jack 'wazorN' Henriksen, for the upcoming Intel Extreme Masters: European Championship Qualifier, where they will compete for the last open spot in IEM Europe's Group A.

MYM Now Has:

Jimmy 'Jumpy' Berndtsson
Marcus 'Delpan' Larsson
Marcus 'zet' Sundström
Faruk 'pita' Pita
Jack 'wazorN' Henriksen
