KerchNET Disbands, DTS.chanix Takes in Two

Despite some success in 2009, KerchNET closes their doors and releases all its players.

KerchNET, a team which has made major strides for Ukrainian eSports over the past year, have announced that it will be closing their doors due to a member of its squad leaving to join another team.

This is not the first time that a single player has made a team disband its roster, as it happened earlier this year, when MiBR disbanded their lineup after Raphael "cogu" Camargo decided to focus on law school and later decided to play source for fun.

With the talent pool of players rising, DTS, who had released their dominant 1.6 roster to pick up a new fresh team, has dove into the pond.  In hopes of a better finishes, DTS.chanix has picked up Taras "craft1k" Voytenko and Emil "Kucher" Akhundov from KerchNET.

"I can say that lmbt left the team because he has his own plans," team manager Maxim "XPEH" Dyakonyuka toldGameinside.ua. "About Emelik, we decided to replace him because we could not miss the chance to take the players released from KerchNET...I may personally add that I will make another attempt to build a TOP team in the next half year."

It is unknown who will receive the ESL IEM European Championship which KerchNET had acquired.

Former KerchNET Roster:

Sergey "starix" Ischuk
Taras "craft1k" Voytenko
Emil "Kucher" Akhundov
Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko
Arsenij "Esenin" Trynozhenk

DTS.chanix Now Has:

Egor "pops" Zinoviev
Andrew "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy
Valentin "valentiniCh" Kravchenko
Emil "Kucher" Akhundov
Taras "craft1k" Voytenko
