Damage INC Goes Canadian
NEW YORK -- Damage Incorporated has revived with Blight.ca as their first team.
Damage INC, an organization that was disbanded after the owner, Dan Camacho, moved to Eximius Sports as general manager, has announced a new Counter Strike team.
After the job fell through, Damage Inc has come back with an extremely strong pickup in Blight Canada. The team has won the rights to go to WCG's Grand Finals in Chengdu, China.
DINC.ca beat teams like coL.ca and Frag Dominant.ca, who had the right to represent Canada last year in the WCG Grand Finals Cologne, Germany.
"Well after a brief hiatus with Eximius, I just was not seeing eye to eye with Brad,” owner Dan Camacho said.
“Although he had taught me a lot on the marketing side, I just felt my potential as a manager and owner was being restricted. It was time for a change, I talked to a few old colleagues and I got the ball back rolling with DINC."
Furthermore, he commented that he "needed to start off DINC with a bang and what better way than to pick up a talented up-and-coming team such as Blight.ca. I'm extremely happy to have them playing for me I feel they have incredible potential to do well at WCG. I look forward to a long and successful relationship with my CS team. Look forward to seeing us at all the major events in the future."
