Zneel, Zet out of SK Gaming

SWEDEN -- After a series of unfortunate events, zet and zneel are released from SK Gaming.

SK-Gaming, one of the world’s most prestigious organizations, have announced that they will be releasing both Marcus “zet” Sundstrom and jim “zneel” Andersson from their counter-strike 1.6 team.

Zet has been released due to what was deemed unprofessional conduct by missing his flight to ESL's first Extreme Masters event in Cologne, Germany, the SuperCup. Zneel was released due to his poor fit with the team in the last two events, the ESL's Extreme Masters SuperCup and their WCG qualifier.

It is unknown who will take their place in the team.

Managing direct Andreas "bds" Thorstensson states in the official press release that:

"It is time for SK to say good bye to zet and zneel. Marcus joined us in the autumn of 2008 and quickly was part of the success in winning the ESL Global Challenge in LA and following that up with a second place at WCG in Cologne and in the same year winning Dreamhack Winter. He was the fuel the team needed back then. Missing the flights to gamescom was a huge disappointment and it started to question Marcus' dedication to his team and the game. With a very ill performed IOL 4 we have decided to finally part ways.

zneel joined the team in a very difficult time and it was very hard for him to make his mark. It is really sad that he did not get the time to show what he is capable of, but I am sure we will see more of him in the future, no matter what team he will be playing for.

We wish them both the best of luck in the future!"

The SK-Gaming roster is down to only three at this point.

SK-Gaming Roster:
  Jimmy "allen" Allén
  Dennis "walle" Wallenberg
  Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström
